Clinic Policy

After your health and colour consultation is successful, we require a $100 deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your treatment total at your next visit.

This ensures we can reserve dedicated time and care for your personalized treatment.

We kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

We understand life happens — if you need to adjust your booking, please let us know as early as possible.
